Nailul Hafiz

Nailul Hafiz’s passion is in creating Transformations within people and organizations.

He contributed almost a decade in the Public Sector and Academia; before being headhunted to join a consulting firm dealing with SMEs, corporate, Not for Profit and government capacity development. He then took the challenge of leading a business incubation consortium before moving on to form a consultancy firm with a group of partners.

Today he develops and leads the Asian Leaders Institute that serves organizations, ranging from World Bank, Governmental Organizations, MNCs, SMEs and NGOs across Asia and Africa - relating to Strategy formulation, Capacity Assessment and Capacity Building, Service Reform, Leadership and Management Development, Service Excellence, and Project Formulation, Structuring and Management.

He is also active in serving his community through several organisations including faith-based, voluntary welfare organizations and associations in various capacity.
